TEMPORARY RETURN EXTENSION
All 1ksneakers purchases have an extended 90-day return policy
Returns are available for nearly everything 1ksneakers sells. Your purchase history on 1ksneakers.com displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 90 days after purchase.
Returning Items Purchased on 1ksneakers.com
- Items sold and shipped by 1ksneakers can be returned or replaced, when available, by mail within 90 days of receipt. To ensure your item may be returned, review the exceptions on our corporate Return Policy page.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you received from 1ksneakers.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement or at any 1ksneakers store for a refund.
How do I return a order?
If you’re a 1ksneakers Member, you can enjoy free returns by signing in to your Member profile and starting a return from your orders page. If you shopped as a guest, you’ll need to access your order with your order number and email address. You also can head to your nearest 1ksneakers store to make a return. Do I need a receipt to return items at a 1ksneakers store?
For orders placed on 1ksneakers.com , 1ksneakers Members just need to have their Member Pass scanned or provide the email address or phone number used to place the order. Guests will need to provide the order number (you can find it in any of the emails we sent about the order). Please note that orders paid by PayPal or Klarna will be refunded to a 1ksneakers gift card when returned to a store.
For store purchases, the quickest and easiest way to return items is to provide the original store receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, here are your options:
- If you provided your Nike Membership email address or had your 1ksneakers Pass scanned during checkout, a 1ksneakers store athlete may be able to look up your order and provide a full refund to your original form of payment.
- If you did not provide your 1ksneakers Membership information, and the items you want to return are unworn and unwashed, you still may be able to return them for an in-store credit for the current price of the items. We also may be able to help you with an exchange.
If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we’ll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We also can help you exchange your gift.
Can I return items I purchased at a 1ksneakers Clearance store?
No, items purchased at a 1ksneakers Clearance store cannot be returned or exchanged unless they’re defective or flawed.
What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 90 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item. If it’s been more than 60 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. See our warranty information for additional details.
