WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account. And if you paid with a gift card or product voucher, you can usually access your refund within 24 hours after we issue it (you can check your balance online).
If you paid through Klarna, they will also process your refund. Please contact Klarna directly for questions about your refund.
How do I check the status of my return?
You can check your return status from your orders page—we update the status based on where we are in the return process. 1ksneakers Members can sign in to access their orders page. Guests will need to use their order number and email address to access their orders page.
